Lee, Andy and Andrew shaped Hatched out of a shared ambition to create a new practice, whereby award-winning, well-balanced, brand strategy and creativity could become accessible to brands both big and small. That paired with the desire to work more collaboratively with brands has formed an environment where clients are very much part of the creative process.
