We’re really excited to announce our latest partnership, working with Leeds Castle to help design and develop their new website, rolling out and digitally evolving their all-new brand guidelines.

Leeds Castle, based in Kent, has been touted as ‘the most beautiful castle in the world’, but its charm and wonder lies deeper in the story of its more recent ownership. The new brand position of the castle seeks to move away from a stereotypical medieval era, making it a castle like no other.

The challenge to the brief is bringing all the different experiences and attractions at the Castle to life, through simple, easy to understand UX, and clearly redefines the brand as a trust, that rely on the patronage of its visitors to conserve its fascinating story for years to come.

“The team at Leeds Castle are excited to be working together with Hatched to transform our digital presence with the launch of a new website, e-commerce platform and e-communication system. Hatched were able to showcase a complete understanding of our target segments and how to appeal to them digitally and also demonstrated a high level of passion and creativity which gave us the assurance that they would be able to effectively bring our new brand direction to life online.”

– Sam Bromley, Senior Marketing Executive

“Leeds Castle holds a special place in my heart, as being from Maidstone, it’s an attraction I visited a lot as a child, through school and with my Grandparents who were almost lifelong members. So, with this project, personally, I feel a great desire to help and support the Castle to achieve its objectives. We recognise this project as an opportunity to support the new brand narrative, so vital to its character, not only for visitors and guests now, but for those in years to come, through storytelling, conservation and a sense of wonder.”
