Vivid Adapt had grown into an international managed IT and cybersecurity provider with an extensive range of services spanning managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, communications, AI, automation and professional services. The challenge was to create a website capable of communicating that breadth without overwhelming the people using it.
We worked with the Vivid Adapt team to rethink the structure, user experience and design of the site, making complex information easier to explore while giving individual services the space they needed. The result is a more confident digital expression of the existing Vivid Adapt brand and a website that makes it much easier for customers to understand what they do, where their expertise lies and how they can help.
Heartbeat
With such a broad range of services, the challenge was to help people quickly understand what Vivid Adapt could do for them without reducing everything to a long list of technical capabilities.
We created a clearer structure around the website, bringing related services together and giving users different ways to explore the offer. Complex subjects such as cybersecurity, cloud, managed IT and communications were broken into more digestible content, supported by case studies, insights and clear calls to action.
The visual design followed the same principle. We evolved the existing Vivid Adapt brand into a flexible digital design system, using stronger hierarchy, modular layouts and considered interaction to make a large amount of information feel accessible and easy to explore.
Impact
The result is a website that better represents the scale and expertise of Vivid Adapt while making its extensive offer considerably easier to understand.
A flexible modular system gives the internal team greater freedom to create and manage content as the business evolves, while clearer journeys connect users with relevant services, expertise and supporting content. Most importantly, the new site makes a technically complex business feel much simpler to engage with.
