It’s that time of year again where agencies all over town are delivering their christmas cards to clients, suppliers and friends from all over the world.
We’re no different. The agency christmas card is a chance to show a fairly informal industry a even more informal side. A chance to make fun of yourself and have a bit of a laugh.
This year we decided to carry on in the same vein as our previous xmas card. Again involving silly costumes, silly faces and the brilliance of photographer James Williamson.
James was kind enough to have us run riot in his studio last week to shoot and direct the card again. There’s not many photographers that naturally make very unnatural ‘models’ feel very comfortable dressed up and looking daft in front of the lens.
The card depicts us as elves or ‘little helpers’, because when you look at it that’s what we are – helpers. We work hard all year making things to help brands deliver their message(s) to their customers in the best possible way.
Although this card is a bit of fun it has a serious message – Thank you.
The brands, clients, suppliers and of course friends that we’ve made this for have helped us to get where we are and we do not take that lightly. Thank you very much for a great 2014, it’s been fantastic. We really look forward to an even better 2015!
