Reimagine the future

360Leaders is a unique business offering leading organisational strategy and executive search for tech scale-ups, boards, and investors worldwide. They needed a new brand identity that reflects their brand mission, values and unique service more effectively.
The goal for the project was to evolve the brand utilising their existing, recognised logo, create a fresh brand identity and redesign the website, giving 360Leaders a more modern, structured and visually exciting brand aesthetic.

The heartbeat

Colouring outside the lines

At 360Leaders they think differently and we wanted the 360-degree approach to reflect in their brand colours. We divided the colour palette up, with each service having its distinct colour palette. ‘Organisational strategy’ is a bespoke service ensuring structures, processes, and people are set-up to scale with their ambitions. We used warm colours to reflect optimism and good communication.

‘Executive search’ focuses on finding the best candidates to support growth plans, here we used green and blue to represent new beginnings and responsibility. Finally, merging both services created this unique gradient that combines the core colours of each palette, creating a whole new visual aesthetic.

The power of gradients

We used gradients to bring to life the broad spectrum of services that 360Leaders has to offer. They represent new horizons and differing perspectives. The fluid form and constant movement of the gradients give the brand further dynamism and individualism against its competitors.

The Results

By working closely with the Head of Content Marketing, Megan Raslan, and both managing directors Ben Markland and Rupert Lion, we were able to move away from the corporate look-and-feel and make the brand feel more empowering, welcoming and more aligned to the personalities of the business.

The new brand image and website help 360Leaders to stand out from its competitors and appeal to a broader audience. We look forward to seeing 360Leaders continue to build the world’s top talent network in tech.
